About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Technician to manage the day-to-day operations, preventative maintenance, and reactive repairs across the building. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical and plumbing systems, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage subcontractors and maintenance schedules efficiently.
This is a full-time position requiring commitment, reliability, and the ability to respond to out-of-hours emergencies when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and perform daily maintenance activities throughout the property.
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance and respond to reactive repairs promptly.
- Diagnose and perform minor repairs on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Manage and coordinate third-party contractors and service providers.
- Plan, schedule, and record all maintenance and inspection tasks.
- Maintain stock levels of essential parts and tools.
- Ensure compliance with safety, building, and operational standards.
- Provide clear and detailed reports to the management team on maintenance activities and building performance.
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents, tenants, and guests.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in high-rise, mixed-use, or luxury properties.
- Solid knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Greek (spoken and written).
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Flexibility to respond to urgent maintenance issues outside regular working hours.
