Role Overview

The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene across LABS Tower. This role requires a hands-on leader who goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional results while effectively managing a team of 11 cleaning professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of 11 cleaners
  • Ensure optimal staff scheduling for maximum efficiency and productivity
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and high-performance work environment

Quality Control & Standards

  • Maintain cleaning standards comparable to a 5-star hospitality environment across the entire building
  • Conduct daily inspections and implement continuous improvement practices
  • Ensure all areas of the building meet the highest presentation standards including, communal areas, apartments, office space, gym, verandas etc.

Operations & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the wider operations and management teams
  • Support a seamless, premium experience for all tenants
  • Uphold LABS Tower’s reputation as a best-in-class facility

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure all cleaning operations comply with health and safety regulations
  • Promote a safe and secure working environment for all staff

Cost Control & Vendor Management

  • Monitor and control cleaning-related costs and budgets
  • Manage suppliers and procurement of cleaning materials and equipment
  • Maintain inventory and ensure efficient stock usage

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in a similar role is preferred(hospitality, luxury residential, or commercial environment)

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to excellence

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a management team

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • A proactive mindset with a “go above and beyond” attitude
